"We love Copper Point because it's a lovely resort that is not only pet friendly but has a variety of rooms for large family stays. There is ample parking and space for everyone. We also appreciate the indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub options so you can take a dip or soak no matter what the weather. The beds are comfortable and the rooms have everything you need. Check in and check out are easy, staff are very nice. The hotel restaurant is delicious, albeit sometimes slow. Our major qualm is that the rooms are not sound proofed well and we have had some nights of major disruption - this visit in the 2 bedroom suite was a bit better, the room is further from the hall so not as much noise. Unfortunately every morning the cleaners would flip the security latch to keep the doors unlocked and slam the doors in the neighbouring rooms while they go in and out to clean early in the morning while cleaning and it woke us up almost every day. The other 2 critiques I have are that the dishwasher in our suite smelled strongly of mold and that the second outdoor hot tub has seemingly been out of commission for 2+ years even though it still advertises outdoor "hot tubs""
