Staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready with recommendations or assistance whenever needed. A huge bonus: both breakfast and dinner were included, and the quality made it feel like real added value rather than an afterthought. Between the convenient location, great service, and the meals, this place made the whole trip smoother and more enjoyable. Highly recommend if you’re staying in Matsumoto — genuinely can’t fault it"
