“Rooms were okay. Staff was pretty nice when we arrived. One elevator was broken. A storm came through and the second elevator broke so being on the second floor with lots of luggage and kids was tough. Locking the back gate by a certain time as an inconvenience. We were not from the area and our GPS continued to route us that way so if we would get back after a certain time we’d have to go all the way back around to get in through the entrance coming off the highway. I get the safety measure...

“Terrible. Elevator not working, instead used service elevator they say use the stair. Breakfast items gone before the time. Terrible”

“The lady who checked me in was sweet. However it was difficult to hear her though the glass. She also wasn’t able to photocopy my ID so I had to wait over an hour to get my ID back. Once we got in our room there was no ice bucket, only one washcloth and it was sweltering. This was ok for us since it was way last minute, and it cooled rather quickly. The toilet also had issues with flushing, and on looking into the tank the flapper valve needs replacing. Other than that it wasn’t bad. ”

“The floor was dirty,the bathtub had brown stains in it and did not drain properly. The mat they provided was full of mold. They didn’t replenish linens when they took the dirty ones and did not provide enough in the first place. This was one of the most unclean places I have ever stayed. The only good thing we got out of it was they did offer us a ride to the store cheaper than an uber since my rental didn’t work out on the first day. I will stay here again.”

“The room I stayed at didn’t have the best smell even though the ac vent was dusty but the filter was clean and the door to the bathroom didn’t close easily and one of the three bed sheets was stained with like black markers I don’t know but for a three day stay it’s ok there is a Denny’s near and Big Q and seven eleven but it’s sketchy the area”

“Didn't get the room that was reserved. This will be the last time I give my business to La Quinta. Small shower area. Look like someone spit chewing tobacco on the upper corner of the door by the hinges. Arrived at check in time 3pm room was already taken. It was a handicap room. That's it for us.”

“The property was mainly under construction. Obvious they were trying to upgrade, but the rooms available were horrible.”
