"I stayed at the Comfort Suites for three nights while in San Antonio to visit Sea World and Six Flags. I had the same room, #334, as my first ever visit to this hotel late last year. The room was the same (including the torn curtains), but overall had a great stay.
Check in was fine, I was informed of amenities and hours, my room was a king jetted tub suite, and it was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Everything worked fine and I loved the jetted tub, very relaxing!
The bathroom counter is a bit too small, and the tiles had some missing grout, but otherwise it was fine, and the shower water pressure was great!
On my first morning, I slept in and woke up to no power, they had generators going for portions of the building, there was a car accident nearby, and it was back on when I returned from going out for breakfast at Pancake Joe's (which was great!). On my second morning, the room key stopped working, was redone, and no further issue.
I used the pool, it was a good size, and enjoyable, although a bit cold, also used the hot tub, although the jets don't work, as the timer on wall for the jets does not activate them (should be repaired). Water was hot though.
Breakfast was decent and had a good variety. I liked the Texas shaped waffles! Also had yogurt, scrambled eggs, sausage, fruit, and cereal.
Noticed many cameras outside and overnight neighboring building had an alarm go off for each night of my stay. My Mercedes rental was fine though.
