"We booked a room at this place based on the excellent reviews. However, our room had roaches. We were moved to another, and the sheets on one bed were dirty. We just left and found another hotel, with two kids in tow at 8pm. Not fun."

Best Western Plus Lackland Hotel & Suites

"Staff was very nice but the property condition is very poor, elevator it’s not working and we can see they are not going to fix it, ice machine is not working. We had to move to another room because the air conditioner was not working. The alarm went off at 11:45pm and we had to leave the building, apparently a teenager had access to it but the staff didn’t explain anything or be doing any kind of organization in case this was a real emergency. This hotel served mainly to Air Force families because the proximity to the Air Force base, we wish the owners take better care of the property not just putting a sign on everything that isn’t working, fix it!"

"This is the second time that we have stayed at this hotel. If you are going to SeaWorld, the location of this hotel is the best, the amenities and environment are family friendly. The only thing that we don’t like is that they don’t have a kid’s menu in their restaurant. Everything else is awesome. We really like it, and will be back a third time."

10/10 Excellent

"I came here for the military graduation ceremony. This place is close to the base (about 15 mins drive), clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. My plane got delayed and I had to check in at 2am, the staff called to confirm, and waited for me. Thank you. I would recommend this place."
