“Terrible”

“The lady who checked me in was sweet. However it was difficult to hear her though the glass. She also wasn’t able to photocopy my ID so I had to wait over an hour to get my ID back. Once we got in our room there was no ice bucket, only one washcloth and it was sweltering. This was ok for us since it was way last minute, and it cooled rather quickly. The toilet also had issues with flushing, and on looking into the tank the flapper valve needs replacing. Other than that it wasn’t bad. ”

“This was probably the most filthy, disgusting place I have ever endured in all of my 49 years!!!!! The smell, the floor, the restroom, the sheets, the entire facility was unreal! Original plan was to stay 2 nights, ended up crying through the 1st night and then leaving early!”

“Property was not well maintained. Only one room in the suite had ac, good water pressure, but not for the shower. 1 mile from the gate for jbsa, convenient for basic training graduation. Denny's next door.”
