We chose this place because of its excellent ratings and because it had hard flooring rather than carpet. The room felt cozy, the bedding was very comfortable, and the main room and floors were clean.
We had a couple of issues on the first day: the electric kettle had foreign objects inside, and the beach vouchers were missing. However, the host was responsive. A replacement kettle was delivered that evening, and the vouchers were provided the next morning.
