“예약 확인 메일을 꼭 확인해야 함 숙박 전용 업소가 아니어서 메일을 보지 못하고 방문했다가 확인하는데 좀 힘들었음 예약 관련하여 문자도 왔는데 중요한 항목이 어떤 문제인지 누락이 되어 서로 시간 낭비하는 부분이 있었음”

“Very nice house. 5-10 min drive to shopping, restaurants. Parking is on the street outside the house but very quiet neighborhoods.”

“Basement에 있던 숙소/ 거실도 화장실도 침실 모두 만족스러웠던 숙박시설입니다. 지인들에게 추천하고 싶은 숙소 였습니다. ”

“Proprietor was chearful and handled every request with a smile. She did everything possible to enhance our stay. Be aware which room you are booking. We were placed on a tiny room just big enough for us and our luggage. Some of rooms are larger. We highly recommend this property as long as it fits your.”

“The property is very clean , convenient and accessible to the mall , resto, parks and coffee shops . The neighborhood is safe and quiet.Plus the bed and pillows are so comfy .Everything you need is provided except for the wifi. But we are grateful for this wonderful place of Mr. Sharma . “Small rooms, no furniture just a bed. No tv and a shared kitchen that didnt have running water. We were one of two rooms that were the only ones being used and when our ride was late showing up we were locked out,in the cold and could not use the common areas which are generally left open. We were repeatedly asked to pay extra or pay a depisit for a variety of things and when the deposit was returned we were tood that theres a $5 service fee that was deducted. Bed frame wss falling apart and...

“Beautiful heritage building with a quirky elevator, but I liked the character. Very large bedroom, living room, kitchen, etc. Clawfoot tub. On the negative side, next to the skytrain track so tended to hear that until trains stopped. It might get very hot in the summer, as we only had fans, no AC. Various social services nearby so some may be uncomfortable with the area. Staff were great!”

“Oscar is a gentleman and very responsive in accommodating guests' needs. The living room/kitchen area needs a little more attention eventhough they already did a good job on it (as we know there's always room for improvement). Bedrooms were great in bedding but uncomfortably cold and we didn't have control over it until I called Oscar. Overall it was a good stay I'll go back again if I'm in the area. ”

“Very nice place to stay that’s affordable (somewhat) near Vancouver. Convenience stores and bus stops are walking distance but the transit time to the city would be around a hour or so. There were also just some ants in the suite occasionally which would be my only downside but otherwise really nice and clean basement suite. ”
