One, the property needs better maintenance, the common areas need to be cleaned more often, there was tons of iguana poop by the pool, it was nasty; the bathrooms by the beach and lobby we’re disgusting; the first room we were given looked like a room at a motel - very outdated, dark & ugly. “We loved our stay! The hotel was in excellent condition and exceptionally clean. The restaurants were beautiful, well-maintained, and offered delicious food. We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast at La Marea Restaurant, and everything was absolutely delicious. All of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to returning! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“Very disappointed. Iguana poop everywhere, rude staff, cold showers, over priced food, dirty beaches... For what you pay to stay here they should really do a better job.”

“The villas were not as described in Expedia. No blackout shades. Don’t plan on sleeping late. Window treatments broken and a lot of light comes through. The golf cart pickup is spotty at best and the villas are a long hot walk from main resort attractions. There was a family of 40 having a photo shoot behind my villa and set up camp there for 4 hours. Sitting on our porch steps as well. Called to complain and security never came. There was poop in the lagoon….i think it came out of babies...
