"There is too much that went wrong to list. We arrived to dirty sheets, a non working fridge and thermostat. By the time we left, the sheets were NEVER changed. They came to fix the thermostat and were unsuccessful until we had to ask TWO more times. We were told there was free breakfast upon arrival, and then that was not true. A true disaster. I have emailed pictures to management with no response. I will be escalating. "

"Food and staff were awesome. The walls are thin. You can hear the people around you. Nothing they can do about it. Other than that a perfect stay, great location. Didnt use the pool or gym so no comments. The complimentary time was really nice. "

"Worst hotel stay ever, wet carpet near bathroom that was yellow liquid, no a/c/ couldn’t get our room to cool down, had to sleep on top of bedding it was so hot, staff was not helpful, asked for clean towels and were told they didn’t have any clean towels. Decent location, everything else was awful. "

"The staff couldn’t be more accommodating. Can not say enough good things about Ashley at the reservation desk to the valet driver and the servers in the restaurant. The room was clean and as advertised. Only negative was no heat in the room on a cold night. Apparently the building runs only heat or air conditioning but not both available. Their heat goes off at beginning of April and we were there on 4/8. However, they did provide us with extra blankets"

"Everyone was very nice at the hotel. There is a construction right across from our room that no one warned us about, so that was kind of a rude and early awakening. Bring your own shampoos since the quality of the ones in the room was not great! Oh and the TV had a really awful picture, like the resolution was off and we couldn’t get it to be more normal looking. Otherwise, the location is great, walking distance to everything. Oh, and a really nice touch to have water bottles in the room,I truly appreciated that!! The room is very spacious, really nice kitchen with everything you need. All in all, I would stay there again. "
