"Our room has no windows. TV reception is not good. Shower room is a little tight but water pressure is reasonably high. Terrace is with very good view of Pisa leaning tower. We had a great time there."

"The hotel is behind Livorno train station it could be little noisy The hotel not in shop area it’s kind of isolated better to have your own transportation . There is big shopping center close by open morning till late 8pm "

One of the better breakfasts offered by hotels I’ve stayed at in Italy with more variety. Very conveniently located - central location in Pisa. Close to leaning tower of Pisa. Easy to quickly and easily walk to main attractions. many thanks for making it a great place to stay"

"Stayed for 3 nights for a local conference (CNR). I have limited Italian, but the staff were wonderful; very helpful and kind. breakfast was very good and very reasonably priced, and the room was clean and functional, and CNR was easily walkable (about 15 minutes gentle walk). There was a local supermarket within walking distance, as well as local restaurants. Very happy with my stay."

"Central location, large room, free tea and coffee facilities. The only problem is that the sound travels across walls and the corridor. You have to hope for quiet fellow guests. Would definitely return."
