“There were no staff in charge of the hostel at the front desk, so they didn't properly tell me whether or not the hotel was being used or not (They said, 'The manager' is not there right now, so they can't help') It really confused me.”

“The palce was mostly clean and usable but dont expect a 5 star stay. It was very quiet and a nice place to stay. I did not run into anyone else a single time while staying there. There is great food nearby, I mean amazing food. You are far from the rest of Florence though. I thought we would be closer and it wouldnt be too much of a hassle but it was more annoying than I anticipated. There is a bus right nearby which solves that problem mostly. There are also great bars nearby. overall great...

“This is a hostel but I booked a private room - this was an amazing room with a bed downstairs and the main bedroom and bathroom upstairs. It's in an amazing location and the view from my room was great”

“Traditional Italian palazzo with high ceiling rooms, exposed beams and nice views to the piazza. Excellent location. Affordable. Very nice staff.”
