I would recommend this place to anyone visiting New York! Staff were wonderful, rooms were great (ac worked great and was cold, they were SUPER clean and all the things we needed, beds were actually SUPER comfy), area is relatively quiet but very close and central to all the great places. 10/10

This was an amazing place to stay. EVERYONE is friendly. The room is clean. The bed is huge and comfortable. The air gets so cold. The rooftop bar has BEAUTIFUL views of the city. I stayed here recently with my husband and daughters and it was perfect! The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable and the location was absolutely perfect! They had even upgraded us to a suite!! We had absolutely no complaints and will be staying here again on our next visit!

I stay here every time I am in NYC and I really enjoy my experience. Staff members are welcoming, the property is great. They offer lots of things that other hotels do not offer: from free breakfast, to evening wine. They are extremely attentive. The room are comfortable and nicely furnished. It is also very quiet while being in the heart of mid-town.

The Park Terrace is an antidote to large hotels. The check-in process is mercifully quick and painless - with real people to make sure that you get properly situated. This hotel was incredible! Top to bottom. The lobby felt warm and inviting, while still being chic. It had a garden terrace right off of the lobby bar. There is a coffee shop attached to the lobby, and coffee (hot or iced), hot chocolate and tea are free for guests. The beds are INSANELY comfortable!
