"Amazing staff and great property! Conveniently located!"

"This hotel was truly great. I will say that the only complaint I could find on this hotel was when speaking with the front desk at check in, we asked about getting a room with a good view as it was my 16 year old niece’s first time to the city and and instead of looking to see if there was an upgraded room to purchase with a view, she immediately snapped “well I can only give you the room you paid for.” I have never had a problem with getting upgrades in a hotel if they are available and willing to purchase. We unfortunately got stuck looking into the windows of another building so we had to keep our windows closed at night. Like I said, the only complaint and it’s really a first world problems, just felt she was the kindest or accommodating in that conversation. Hotel was great and in a perfect location if you are wanting to be in Times Square- a room with a view would have been amazing"
