“I experienced a severe security issue at this hotel. At 3:00 AM, my room door was suddenly opened from the outside by someone, but no one was there. When I reported this to the staff, the security team was very dismissive and showed no care for my safety. I immediately contacted the police and filed an official complaint. The police investigated the incident and issued a legal fine to the hotel for this major security breach. I had to cancel my stay and leave immediately. I highly recommend...

“A Wonderful 6-Night Stay at Al Ebaa Hotel, Makkah. We had a lovely 6-night stay at Al Ebaa Hotel in Makkah and enjoyed our experience. Overall, everything was good, and we were happy with our choice of hotel. We had breakfast every morning during our stay, and the food was good and varied. It might be worth considering to open the restaurant at 6am for breakfast. We also enjoyed dinner at the hotel on our last evening, which was a pleasant way to end our stay in Makkah. One of the biggest...

“The staff is absolutely amazing—always helpful, supportive, and kind. Special thanks to the two gentlemen working the night shift and Ms. Hadeel during the day for their outstanding hospitality and exceptional service. This was my fourth stay at Wirgan, and every visit has been a wonderful experience. I truly appreciate the staff’s dedication to making guests feel welcome and comfortable. I look forward to staying here again soon. Highly recommended!”

“Nice property, clean room, have all necessary amenities, AC working very good. 10 minutes walk to Haram. Friendly staff.”

“There was an obstraction on the view”

“Nice”

“When it rained, the water was leaking from the windows, the next day when I was getting ready, water started leaking from the ceiling. They had construction going on but that is no excuse for poor room quality. Would not recommend. Breakfast is also not the best; the same basic options are available every day. Maybe one menu item will change.”
