Absolutely worth going! Be careful with altitude sickness as my husband got a little sick. Snow tubing is included. If you buy a hot chocolate you can use the bathroom for free, otherwise it will cost 2 francs.

I took this in Zermatt, Switzerland on May 29th :). This was taken on the train from Gornergrat to Zermatt center. So the map location is only approximate. I had a great, short trip to Switzerland after a likewise trip to Madeira and Lisbon! And this day trip to see Matterhorn being the final day. Matterhorn being one of the most epic mountains in all of Europe and also one of the highest. It stands at 4,478 m (14,692 ft) and really does look it! I took the train up to Gornergrat
