"After turning in our wrist keys at final check out, I went to the parking garage to bring the car around to pick up our bags. At the exit gate I had to use my visa to open the gate after a $183.00 charge. Returned to the lobby and Michele confirmed I had paid for parking twice. Our final billing close out had included parking fees. It's been 2 days and have not gotten confirmation of a refund of our double payment. Looks like I'll have to call them. The pool needs maintenance. Pool sides and bottom are dull and look dirty in places. Was not sparkling blue/clean looking. We avoided the pool. We realized this after seeing the bright/clean looking pools and landscaping at the resorts to the north. That's tough competition!! Our toilet had a constant low flow of water in the bowl. The cold water faucet on one sink did not work. The temperature control in the shower was extremely hard to adjust from very hot. These are small things easily fixed. Over all we loved the room and sea view and had a great relaxing stay. Thanks to all the hard working / friendly people who made this possible."

"We were initially placed in an ADA room (not requested and not necessary). It seemed impossible to shower without getting water all over the floor, and the room smelled like mildew. When we asked for a different room, we were cheerfully moved to a different room, which was clean and fresh-smelling."
