"The room was not very clean, couch and shower were dirty. When arriving they offered a small card with your benefits including daily credit back, complimentary water bottles and complimentary beach towels. Instead of offering them to you at your arrival, it was like pulling teeth constantly having to go back to the front desk to ask for the complimentary items. Seemed a bit shady like if you didn’t read the card you wouldn’t get anything. Leaving, I required them to adjust the invoice since they didn’t apply the correct credit back. The pool was nice and decent pool food."
