"The hotel was a completely curated experience from the moment I walked through the doors. The clerks were kind and attentive. The bellmen were communicative and the space was modern and welcoming. I enjoyed every single moment. Also, the gym was very clean and filled with all the right equipment. I will stay here any time I visit in the future."

"Everyone was super nice very helpful i was in love with beirut when i arrived cause of the people in the hotel how welcoming they were but they need more breakfast variety and the room floor and curtains need to be washed or changed it very dusty other than that it a very good hotel and the staff in all department are more than nice and definitely i will go to that hotel again"

"I stayed at heritage hotel in November, this hotel has an amazing and close view of the Burj , very close to dubai mall, close to food courts, rooms were clean, maintained every day, the staff were very courteous and kind enough to bring our food deliveries to our room everyday, room service was very quick too. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone."
