“This is an old style cottage in a rural setting, which does'nt have the best access, however once there the location is surrounded by woodland and fields which are pleasant. The Lady of the house is a charming individual who was welcoming. The breakfast catered for dietary needs and was wholesome. In general a comfortable stay with no frills, but enjoyable none the less. We would use Bridge Cottage again if we visited the area.”

“Stayed whilst riding Southdowns way (mtb). Bit of a detour (8k) but not to bad. Excellent large room. Great breakfast provided in-room and excellent Thai dinner. Very fresh and generous portions (set meal). Lovely and helpful staff.”

“We enjoyed the pool and driving range.”

“We had a lovely stay especially the friendly staff and the kennels was a real highlight.”

“My second stay here and it surpassed the high bar set by my previous stay. Got checked in by the manager who had just started there. I got a really nice room with a very high finish in décor which instantly put me in a relaxed mood. After finishing my admin, I went on the same 1 hour walk using the same route which takes me through the town centre. It is such a lovely town to walk around. The shower was amazing and allowed me to settle in for a great night's sleep. Breakfast was so much better...

“My room was spotlessly clean and housekeeping were extremely kind.”

Maybe they were just being installed, but not great when you can't close the door. We had a very fancy fan, but would be cautious booking without air-con in the hotter times. Breakfast was good ! proper bread, and a chef who can cook eggs without them being snotty or hard boiled ! Room had...

“깨끗하고 친절합니다. 치체스터 시내와 매우 가깝고 와이파이도 잘되요. ”

“This is a first class boutique pub. Bedroom was lovely, quiet and comfortable. (Though there could be more shelving for toiletries).Restaurant provided an excellent range of evening meals and breakfast options to a very high standard. All staff were extremely polite”

“The BnB was charming, comfortable and ideally located for my work needs, which is unusual around Petersfield - breakfast was delicious and I was even able to check in 45 minutes early. A lovely stay”
