심리스호텔 좋아하는 분들에게 추천합니다.
전반적으로 괞찮은 호텔입니다. 1박에 100원정도 하는 호텔치고는 청결상태는 조금 떨어집니다. 워낙 심리스한 호텔에 약간의 머리카락등은 흠이고, 오전 발렛한 차량을 받는데 1시간 30분이나 걸려서 그날 일정에 너무나 큰 차질을 빛었습니다. 명품 호텔치고는 직원들의 서비스질은 분명 문제가 있었고 강한 어필을 하고 나니 다음날은 1분도 안되어 준비해주었습니다. 분명 호텔은 좋습니다. 다만 몇가지 실수로 인해 기분이 좀 상했지만 다시 찾을 의향은 있습니다.

위치도 시설도 아주좋았어요! 근데 단 한가지 아쉬운 점은 방에 창문이 없어서 환기가 불가능 하단 점!! 서비스,호텔청결상태 모두 좋았습니다!

전체적으로 어두운조명은 호텔의 안락함보다는 침침하다은 느낌이 들었으나 조식은 훌륭했다.스파의 물온도가 너무 낮았느나,규모는 컸다.전객실의 전망은 밖으로 향해 있어서 무척좋았다 객실내부이 욕실내 샤워장에서는 하수도의 악취가 흠이였으나 컨시어의 친절함은 베스트였다 너무 감사드린다

I rarely write reviews but I had to for Armani. Everything about this hotel was perfect. The location, the service, the room, utilities, and the list goes on and on. Everyone was so helpful. The service was above and beyond. The room was beautiful. Everything was convenient and you could not choose a better location. The staff was so helpful and friendly. They whatsapped me and would help me make itinerary’s for each day. they were around the clock 24/7. Seriously a 10/10 experience. They really took the 5 star luxury hotel stay to the next level. Thank you. I will definitely be coming back.

Beautiful hotel. Comfortable. Fabulous location. Felt extremely safe as they followed Covid safety protocol. Staff was wonderful.

Very high quality hotel and room, everything controlled by an iPad efficiently. A little disappointed in the lack of a lobby and always having to go from street level 0 to lobby 7 then down to room 5. Also somewhat overpriced at approx. $1000 per night for a "normal" room. Location is perfect, though.
