Mount Charleston Wilderness, Las Vegas hotel rooms at the Best Western

"The room was clean and has a small refrigerator and lil coffee maker. Bed was super comfy. I enjoyed their electric fireplace that would even crackle. Food was tasty and service was great. Will be returning for sure."

"The desk mgr. went out of her way to help me as I use a walker and room assigned me had steps --- she changed and even walked me to the room to give keys so I didn't hve to go back down to desk!!!! She's a gem"

"Staff was very courteous and helpful. They need improvement on their walkway not suitcase friendly and not suitable when on a 4 week trip with lots of luggage to bring on. We only stayed at cliffs for 5 days of our 4 week trip but getting luggage to and from was exhausting they also do not have luggage carriers. Besides that z they did give us a wine and a signed card for our anniversary. I appreciate the staff here very much. "
