โWonderful staff. Very kind and helpful. Lobby offered tea and an espresso machine and cool water dispenser, along with family games. Breakfast was delivered on a tea cart to our room, which was lovely! We filled out a breakfast card the day before and could choose from hot chocolate, juice, yogurt, ham, salami, cheese, toast, cerealโฆ so nice! โ

The only surprise I got was that they would charge โฌ40 if you arrived after 10 p.m. My flight was delayed, and I had to pay the extra โฌ40 that was not specified in Expedia. It was more about Expedia's mistake than the hotel's. They showed me their policies. Also, Expedia had a picture of a washing machine. It was not true. So, I was kind of disappointed with two unexpected details. โ
