The only issue the counter staff don't recognize the hotels.com booking receipt/confirmation printout I showed them. When I arrived it was already past mid night and it took them a long while to check the system and then came to the conclusion that my paid booking was actually not shown as paid. "We absolutely loved at stay at Chateau Star, it was more then what we expected. Breakfast buffet was exceptional. Staff were friendly and helped as much as they could given language barrier, really only had 1 staff member who spoke English which was great as we weren't proficient with the translation apps immediately. Rooms were clean and we were super comfortable. There were plenty of restaurants and cafes, along with sone corner stores a short walk away. We will definitely be staying...
