The instruction reads to leave the key on the table when checking out (that’s what it says literary in English), when in fact you need to lock and put the key in the lockbox as one example. "It was a perfectly nice property, and was in a really good location. However, communications with the host were really poor, and check-in was a huge fiasco. I think they tried to provide check-in information to my home phone number, but obviously, as a traveller, I had no access to my home phone number. There was no other way to get in contact with this host. They provided us a phone number in the booking info, but we called it and it turned out to be the wrong number. We had to plead with the...
