"Hola, Everything was excellent very nice quiet and relaxing. But, just a little inconvenient with the teachers protest on the 5 de mayo street Other than what, it was a very nice place, the staff it was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for making me and my wife A wonderful and loving vacation."

"Great location a couple blocks from the Angel of Independence. Located in a very vibrant and lively neighborhood. Lots to see and do within walking distance, with many restaurants options and shopping. I've stayed in this zone a few different times but this will be my last stay at this particular hotel. There's really nothing overly wrong with the hotel per se, but the room resembled a hospital room. Very impersonable and cold. Nothing inviting about it whatsoever. Some cracked and chipped floor tiles, a tiny little wall mount TV you can barely see from the bed with very limited channel selection. Simply unappealing room overall. I stayed one night out of a 4 night booking and booked a different hotel after the first night. The price was reasonable, so if you're just looking for a place to sleep, this place is probably fine, but there are way better options in the immediate vicinity."

"Overall this is a pretty good hotel. Highlights are the included breakfast to order, the 24 hour on site Cafe which is complimentary, and the very helpful staff. The hotel is well maintained and tastefully decorated. The room and bed were very comfortable. The downsides included a very small, impractical gym (which some may not care about) and TERRIBLE wifi. I'm not sure if it was just the room we were in or if it's a common issue but we had to switch to data to use our mobiles and doing anything on my laptop was an exercise in frustration. I told the front desk and was told they are "working on it" so I assume that means they are aware of the issue. As a side note, and not the hotels fault, there were large government protests at the Zocalo while we were there. This resulted in a tent camp right outside the hotel which stunk and the closure of the surrounding streets around our hotel for blocks. So catching Uber or other transport meant walking several blocks from the hotel each time. Same for drop off when returning to the hotel. We were always dropped several blocks away and had to walk to the hotel. I have now been caught in 3 different government protests while staying in the Zocalo zone on various visits. I won't stay in that zone again. Again, not the hotels fault but still super annoying and inconvenient."

"Great location in Roma Norte. However, the hotel was under renovation so there was a lot of construction, even at the entrance. They claimed it was only 9-5 but it definitely went on longer than that. There was also only one elevator so I had to wait longer than usual just to go up and down to the lobby. It's also on a bustling street, so traffic can be noisy."
