The room was spotless ! It smelled so good and the beds were made up very nice. Check in was smooth and checking out was a piece of cake ! I’ve been staying with you all for seven years while being a cancer patient at Vanderbilt Medical Center. I’ve never had a problem.

The room had faint smell of urine. The seating in between the queen beds had stains. The shower floor could have been cleaner. The bed was really comfortable.

Clean but kinda tattered. Not much for late night dining but the breakfast was great. Service was very good.

Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center
Great atrium garden views from the 3rd floor! We stayed in the Cascades section and slept with our balcony door open to fall asleep to the sound of the water. It was absolutely fantastic! Even though it’s quite busy, the waterfall drowns out the other noise. Can’t wait to come back.
