I didn't like the $20 a day for parking, it should be in the price of the room, I feel it is a way to nickel and dime people. โ

โFirst impressions, the place is nice! Very clean, beautiful amenities, friendly staff. Conveniently right off the interstate, but still quiet. We couldn't ask for more. โ
โThe OBI was perfect location and price for my friend and I who had come to see the Sierra Ferrell concert at the St. Augustine Amphitheater. The room had everything we needed, a comfortable bed, and check in/out was easy. We Ubered to the show for only $10, and walked back after through the adjacent park and beach. Would definitely stay here again. Great value.โ
โLove the location! We went to top golf which is walking distance. And shopping is right down the road. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Loved this place!โ
โgreat location, loved the waffles, good parking, pretty hotel. We took room 303, the suite and it looked like a regular apartment, separate kitchen, 1 bathroom, separate dining, balcony, and it was equipped. โ
