โLove this hotel! The staff is great and the room is beautiful and immaculate. I have stayed in other places and paid a lot more that werenโt as nice as this hotel. A real find!โ
โWe loved our stay here! The room was clean and comfortable, staff was excellent, and breakfast was small but definitely on the better side of what I usually find in a hotel breakfast. It was great being right in the historic district, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to visit. Will definitely stay here again!โ
โMy room was fully stocked with a complete kitchen, a spotless bathroom, and a very comfortable bed. The carpet was clean, the room smelled fresh, and the overall ambiance was peaceful and pleasant. The hotel was quiet, making it a perfect place to relax. โ
โLove the feel of the hotel, the room was inviting and large, the breakfast was tasty, the valet was patient as was Eduardo that helped with the trolley to the room.
Unfortunately, the ladies at the front desk, afternoon checkin, evening, and checkout in the am were dismissive and curt. John was as much nicer. One can no in a kinder tone.

โI want to say a big thank you to Noelle and Kristen front desk manager they are both amazingโฆ.. So I had an issue and had to do a late check in ( 5:00 am) they saved my room and didnโt cancelled and I think I bothered them so much that he would have killed me but with great attitude and excellent service I had no issue thank you both for an amazing stay especially with a 1 year old babyโฆ.. I RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AND REMEMBER TO ASK FOR NOELLE AND KRISTEN (front desk manager)โ
โHave stayed at this property over 6 times in a year. Once you park your car, you can walk everywhere. Picture perfect view. Incredible sunrises from your room. โ
โI loved everything about this property including the staff and location to the beautiful view, the pool, the gorgeous rooms and nice furniture, easy parking, and walkability to so many adorable places. And the price was amazing. I really, really hope to visit St. Augustine again, and when I do, I will make a point of reserving a room here. โ
โThe breakfast and drink tickets were an added bonus which I would give 10 stars if it was an option! The hospitality was 2nd to none! We will be back!โ
