"Excellent location!! Friendly Staff!! Especially Elsa from the breakfast buffet…always cheerful in the morning. The only suggestion is the refrigerators in both rooms we reserved never got cold even after putting them in the lowest setting. Still a 5 star experience overall!!"

"Location is this hotel’s biggest advantage, just right across Taipei Main Station. However, the noise from the streets can get very annoying starting from very early in the morning (6am). It’s hard to get more sleep after the streets start to get busy especially if you still have jetlag. The staff were great and polite and the facilities were well maintained."
