One of the highlights of my stay was the excellent breakfast service. During breakfast one morning, I mentioned to the chef that there was a particular dish I had enjoyed very much during a previous stay. To my surprise, the chef personally prepared that dish for me the very next day. Even more impressive, he remembered the date of my checkout and made sure the dish appeared again at breakfast on the morning before I left.
I was deeply touched by the level of care, respect, and personalized attention they showed their guests. These thoughtful surprises and the warm hospitality made this one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had."
