"Stayed here as a family of four to explore Taipei and surrounding cities. Very easy to get to hotel from international airport (one hour metro express). We checked in at 10PM. Communication with the host was easy with WhatsApp. The area is in Taipei Main Station so it was so easy to go everywhere from here. Rooms were clean, spacious and floor was quiet. There is a fridge, kettle, washer/dryer, dishes and other items that made it easy to eat in the room. The remote for the AC is in Chinese but I used Google Translate to figure out the remote. I recommend staying here."

"We had a wonderful stay with our family. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always provided prompt service. We stayed in a corner room with a king bed, and although the sofa wasn’t a sofa bed, the hotel provided extra bedding so our 10-year-old son could sleep comfortably. Located right next to the MRT station, making it easy to get around Taipei. The breakfast credit at the Starbucks in the lobby was convenient, though the food choices were limited to the usual Starbucks items. The main thing we missed was a swimming pool—it would have been a great amenity on a hot summer visit. Overall, we enjoy the stay here."

"We booked this city centre hotel to be close to the main railway station, but we were worried about traffic noise keeping us awake…. No need! Even with our room facing the street on the 8th floor, the room was very quiet. We booked a superior triple. Plenty space for 3. The only ‘negative’ was breakfast. The food is targeted at domestic travellers only, so nothing western on the buffet other than toast and jam."

"I usually don’t write long reviews but I wanted to show my gratitude for Cosmos Hotel Taipei’s excellent services in assisting me to handle a refund process. We had to change our booking to check out earlier because of the typhoon. The hotel staff showed great care and professionalism, and agreed to waive the penalty for changing my reservation. They patiently explained the procedure and promptly provided all requested information to Expedia. Special thanks goes to a member at the front desk who has helped me along this process! Without her assistance, I am probably still in the loophole of dealing with the booking site to initiate such request. Cosmos Hotel shows me a perfect example of genuine care and excellence in servicing clients."
