“We had to wait an agonizing 45 minutes just to check in to the hotel, only to find that our room wasn't even ready yet. It wasn't until we expressed our dissatisfaction that the staff—wearing visibly unhappy expressions—finally handed us the keys to our room. Consequently, just five minutes later, we checked out and left. It truly turned out to be an unpleasant and unlucky day.”

“The property was easy to find and I felt very welcomed as I checked in, I got offered a fresh cookie and cold beverage. Check in was easy, she also gave me a map showing exactly where our room was located. The room was clean, comfortable and the view was amazing. I definitely appreciated the slippers and robe as well!”

We are already looking to book our next stay at The Louie! *One small problem - we couldn't get into the lounge with our code. Another couple tried and they had the same problem. I was wondering what it was like, but hopefully we can try again next time. ”

“Loved the beach access! Great hotel to stay at with kids as there is a nice pool, corn hole an outdoor Connect Four game on the patio. The breakfast had fresh fruit which is very rare with continental breakfasts! We will definitely be back next time we are in town!”
