“Clean, Kind, Satisfied”

“I rented this room because it was over looking the Pacific. The third floor offered us the view that I wanted. Room 303 was on the corner and gave us a view of the beach. We would go down to this spot to watch the sun sets. Somebody had carved a foot rest into the bank to make it easy to sit down and get up. Thanks!!!! The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The four pillows were flat for our liking. There is no sink counter space. The shower came equipped with shampoo and body wash...nice...

“The rooms were well decorated, clean, and thought out. There was quality pour over coffee, tea, and sweeteners/creams. Our room didn’t have robes but the front desk provided them without batting an eye. From check-in all throughout our stay the staff were amazing. Always busy making sure the grounds were clean, things were functioning, and well stocked. My absolute favorite part was the sauna with a gorgeous view of the river, the cold plunge, and the jacuzzi with the same incredible river view....

“Customer service wasn’t very helpful, the pool heater was not functioning and they didn’t give any helpful/useful info about it. Additionally there were spider webs on the balcony of our room, as well as on some lights in the 1st floor. We would avoid it.”
