"Clean rooom"

"Room is clean and roomy. Staff is very helpful with excellent service. Breakfast was good. The only thing is the shower and rest room are open so there’s no privacy when traveling with friends."

"We felt truly welcomed from the moment we arrived. Although we reached the hotel before check-in time, the staff kindly assisted with storing our luggage. When we returned later, our bags had already been placed in our room, which was a lovely surprise. A staff member personally showed us to the room and gave a short introduction, which made the experience feel even more thoughtful. The service throughout our stay was excellent and very professional. The hotel is in a great location, making it convenient to get around, and the spa facilities were very enjoyable and relaxing. Overall, a wonderful stay and we would definitely return."

"They clean the rooms constantly, breakfast has options for all. Good size room and free coffee or tea in lobby. Self check in machine is nice as well. "

"This hotel is family friendly, kids had great time here. They loved DIY pizza activity, and actually tasted really good. The game room, spa pool and library, kids didn’t get bored here. They also love the room setting. The breakfast buffet was excellent with variety of foods. They also provided afternoon and night snacks. We will definitely come back again."

"nice in room hot spring water to a generous 2 people tub. A/C is great, precheckin tea and snacks was nice. could use a in-hotel bar. wife loved the rooftop public bath for women, I did not try mens side as i was content with inroom soaking."
