"Everything was excellent but the buffet breakfast stood as fae better than expectation. The staff was friendly, efficient and very helpful. The room was very good and the value was outstanding. We would gladly stay there again."

"The room was perfect -- spacious, super comfortable, very nicely decorated and appointed, spotlessly clean, and boasting a spectacular view of the bay and the end of the runway at San Francisco International Airport. All staff were very helpful and polite. Several excellent restaurants are just a short walk away, and a shoreline promenade right in front of the hotel offers a delightful place to stroll, walk the dog, and get fresh air. Finally, the free airport shuttle service works well, but infrequently it comes by only once every 45 minutes or so."

Rooms are clean and medium firm beds, good wifi, good black out curtains, windows can be opened in the room, close to union square close to subway and cable cars! Wheel chair accessible hotel"
