"Great Lakefront property views. Pool was well maintained and larger than most hotel pools. Breakfast delivered to your door with several options was a plus. Nice arcade room and onsite laundry was great. Room was spacious, but the mattresses need to be replaced. Sagged in the middle. Fitness room lacking. Very small, one treadmill, which was out of service, a few hand weights. Overall, comfortable room, location close to shopping and restaurants. Plenty of parking and felt safe there."

"The hotel was beautiful and the staff were very helpful and professional. The 4 star rating vs 5 was due to a filthy toilet (unspeakable things left behind) in our room, the floor in our room was dirty, and our room fridge not working. I would stay again, but I feel like our room was missed during part of the cleaning process."

"Whenever we are in St. Ignace, we always like to stay at this hotel. We like to go swimming, and they have a nice warm pool. Our room was recently remodeled and was very nice, the only complaint we have was that the blower on the new air conditioner/heater was loud when it came on even on low, so we couldn’t hear the TV and had to turn it up and down, but was not that big of a deal.We also appreciated that they had warm breakfast options like waffles and sausages and eggs on a weekday. This was our fourth stay at this hotel, and will definitely return again."
