We called the front desk, but nothing happened until she spoke to the manager. Maintenance did come right away. However, because the refrigerator door didn't close the night before, all of the ice melted before hand. Management was willing to switch out the refrigerator. "

"I really enjoyed staying here. The room was clean and surpassed my expectations. Only downside is I noticed the pool room wasn’t cleaned, i.e same clumps of hair and bandaids sitting on the floor since the day before."

"We had a lovely weekend getaway to Richmond and stayed at the Omni. It was a great location, walkable to restaurants. Check in was simple, valet was quick. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Everyone we encountered was friendly and courteous. No complaints at all. "
