“It was very very dirty. There was animal hair all over the room. There was something brown stuck to the box spring. There were mold and mildew all over the tub and window. There was also animal hair in the bathroom and the bottom of the tub was stained. I also saw a roach in the bathroom. And if you see one roach there are more. I am not picky and I know the difference between old and worn and dirty and this was dirty.”

“매일 하우스 키핑을 해주지 않아 매번 수건을 요청하러 가야하고 수건 빨래 상태도 좋지 않았어요 그리고 방에 벌레가 많고 화장실의 커텐은 교체 하지 않은듯 보였어요. 방 전체가 습하고 환기도 되지 않고 바닥 청소도 하지 않앗는지 되게 더러웠어요 그리고 방에는 전자렌지 냉장고 헤어드라이기 등 아무것도 없으니 알고가세요 다음에는 절대 가지 않을겁니다”

“The room was disgusting, with a warped floor in the bathroom due to the shower somehow getting water all over the floor. ‘Clean’ towels were stained with hair, and there was bugs all over the floor. Looked like it hasn’t been mopped in several days. Small rooms, uncomfortable mattresses. We even found a bug (unsure if it is a tick, bed bug, or something else.)”
