"The beds and pillowed very comfortable and the AC works really well. Staff was very accommodating. We would have liked to have breakfast offered and thought that it said they did in the description, but there was no breakfast. Also, I never got the shower or sink past lukewarm and it took awhile to get there. That was disappointing. We had a mini refrigerator, which was great, but there was no freezer part and I had a procedure done at MD Anderson while we were there and needed a freezer to keep ice pack cold, so that was an issue, but overall it was a nice place to stay for a few days."

"My stay here has been excellent! The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and everyone on staff has been so kind, welcoming, and helpful. Parking was convenient, and having laundry facilities available was a huge plus. I especially loved how genuinely pet-friendly the property is. I had absolutely no issues bringing my dogs, and it was nice seeing that many other guests had pets as well. They even have a designated potty area for them, which made everything so much easier. Overall, this has been a wonderful, stress-free experience, and I would definitely stay here again!"

"Stayed here purely out of convenience based on the location of friends we were visiting. While there are "nicer" hotels with more amenities downtown, this Hilton was great for us. Rooms were clean and spacious (stayed in the mini-suite). Water pressure and temp were great. The "convenience store" is well stocked with snacks and drinks. There is a small pool that, while we did not use, looked clean and nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking. When visiting our friends in Houston would definitely stay again!"
