"I wish the staff had warned us that there had been car break-ins quite often outside their hotel. My car was broken into, Glass, broken and items stolen out of the car. The police are also very aware that there is someone when you’re casing the street."

"Everything was fine. Convenient location ... clean rooms ... helpful staff. We stayed a week and had one week end day where the breakfast was not good as it seemed they were short-staffed and food service was not very good. If not for this one morning foible the stay was "excellent"!"

"A very unfortunate stay at this particular Holiday Inn. The hotel is clearly older and needs a makeover, which being older but clean if just fine. It was the dirtiness and the utter lack of response from staff when requesting things like toilet paper that has caused me to encourage all to stay away from this hotel. The first hint of trouble started at check-in when using the toilet for the first time since check-in and discovering there was no toilet paper and then making four requests for toilet paper and nothing being done about it. Finally went to Fred Meyer and bought a 4-pack of toilet paper, something I have never had trouble with any hotel I've ever stayed in. There were strands of hair in the bed sheets, so it was clear the bedding had not been changed from whenever the last person stayed in the room before us. The dining area had several leaks where the skylights clearly were cracked, so depending where you sat to eat, you got dripped on. The final straw was the room had been booked for a Wed through Sunday stay, but the hotel cancelled parking on Saturday and then sent a text saying we would get a ticket, and when asking the manager Ihab (spelling?) he was rude and curt with his responses. His staff member was more helpful, but to have management be that rude, I will never stay at another Holiday Inn and will encourage others to steer clear of the hotel chain if that is how and who they hire to run their business."

"the property is in a railroad industry setting with a strip club on the upper road adjacent.. the rooms had what were nice and new furniture but has been used hard ..the desk chair had dirt and something on it , the bed itself had old dingy sheets with makeup on the pillowcase... I looked at the mattress after noticing all the obvious areas were bad .. and the mattress had red pink splatter stain on side didnt want to think of the two options of what it could be .. the mattress itself had hard springs . The bathroom .. well it appeared ok not great but ok until I put the small dingy towel on the hook to take shower and the hook dropped to the floor ..our window screen had a deep bend in it not to mention the air conditioner smelled musty and the screaming couple next door. with that said the lobby was clean and appeared nice, the female who checked me in was very nice yet didnt check to see that I had already paid for room on Hotel.com and charged my card ... I had to wait atleast 5 days before I recieved my $ back .."

"This is a very old hotel. Rooms are dated, sheets are scratchy, mattresses worn in, TV is dish network with no streaming or guide, lobby coffee is taken away once a few guests finish the carafe, and gym is teeny. Hallways and doors are noisy with guests slamming doors at all hours of the night. Street below is noisy, too."
