โFabulous hotel & beautiful room, great location not far from sea front. .staff were friendly & helpful. Throughly enjoyed our stay & recommend hotel to anyone coming to Bournemouth. โ
โHad a wonderful stay, the service and the welcome was warm and inviting, Pam and Alan were the type host to make you feel at home. Even though the the building and the inside is a bit out dated but due to the environment and the area and definitely the hosts, the hotel provides an amazing stay. โ
โAn unusual place in that it was totally unstaffed, but the access arrangements were fine and the room was comfortable, extremely quiet and exceptionally well provided for. The bed was incredibly comfortable.
There was nothing to dislike at all and I would definitely return, but it's a shame that with such nice facilities, ie lounge, bar, etc. the areas are not used โ

โA very warm welcome and a lovely room. Bed was comfy and the hotel was quiet for a good night's sleep. A short walk to the beach and pier, and also not too far to the town centre. My only negative was the bathroom is tiny. I would definitely consider staying here again.โ

Major drawback is parking adjacent car park poorly maintained and not secure but very cheap ยฃ7 for 24 hours. BiC ยฃ22.50 for same period.โ
โCheck in was friendly and welcoming. Ate a snack in bar,service was quick and food was excellent. Bathroom had bio friendly soaps,which considering the seaside location, I thought was a good idea.overall a good experience.โ
โGreat hotel. Have been coming for years for an annual birthday night out with a group of friends. Guy at reception was very friendly, especially as we were concerned we may not be able to park there as no space, but did manage to in the end. Hotel is great...not the most modern, no, but homely and rooms have always been spacious, clean and welcoming. The bar/club is great for a night out. Would definitely recommend. Very close to town centre and beach too. Well done Royal Exeter!โ
โWe had a lovely one night stay, the property exterior needs some TLC but the inside was lovely. Staff friendly, clean room, easy late check in. Four of us stayed room 14 lovely spacious and very comfortable. Amazing value for money ๐โ
