"This hotel was perfect! Great size, great amenities and SO SO quiet. Considering you are right above a train station, I can't believe you can't hear a thing. And the doors on the hotel rooms close so quietly. Located right above the Koenji station, it's the perfect location. We loved Koenji when we came to Japan last time so naturally, we wanted to stay in Koenji again. It's a small town, family community and it's nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of downtown.
The staff was so friendly and helpful. After checking in they have all the amenities there near reception that you can take to your room. You name it they have it. There's free coffee and tea. Stuff for bath, face wash, hair brush, hair ties, razors and the list goes on. So thoughtful!
The rooms are a great size considering Japan sized rooms. I had the room for 1 person and it was perfect. You can set your cleaning days and what type of cleaning you want all from the tv!
