Top Fujimidai Station Hotel Reviews

SOTETSU GRAND FRESA TAKADANOBABA
10/10 Excellent
"Very clean room!! Staff was helpful even though there was a bit of a language barrier"

Daiwa Roynet Hotel Nishi Shinjuku PREMIER
8/10 Good
"Good hotel and close to Shinjuki with dining options around! You can walk from Shinjuku or take a metro"

Hotel Gracery Shinjuku
8/10 Good
"Hotel Gracery is a great choice for the right traveler. Inside, the hotel is clean and modern. When compared to other hotels in Tokyo you'll find the accomodations at Hotel Gracery are an upgrade compared to other options. The staff at the reception area all speak english and they're ready to help with whatever you need. It's also a quick walk to the train station.
I would not recommend this hotel for travelers with young kids however. This hotel is in the middle of the Shinjuku red light district. If you're walking around the hotel after hours you'll probably get approached by a man who's job is to get people into the clubs. I don't think these guys would approach a family with a young kid, but it's probably not the environment you're looking for on a family vacation.
You always hear about Tokyo being very clean, and it is, but if you walk out of the Hotel Gracery at 6am and you'll think a bomb went off in the streets overnight with trash everywhere. The workers do a good job to clean up the mess from the previous night quickly, but you'll probably be shocked at just how many beer cans and trash litter the streets and sidewalks before the cleaners get started.
There's no concern about safety in the hotel however. They close all gates except for the main entrance gate to keep the party out of the hotel.
If you want to be right in the middle of the busiest part of Shinjuku this hotel is a good option."

APA Hotel Shinjuku Kabukicho Tower
10/10 Excellent
"The location of the hotel is in the center of Tokyo where it is a short walk or subway ride to all the famous tourist spots.
The staff is friendly and the amenities are great! I don't know if this is normal in Japan, but as an American, I really appreciated the free toothbrush and toothpaste! It's the little things!
Yes, the rooms are rather small, but they are clean and serve their main purpose = a place to keep your belongings and sleep. Trust me, there are so many things to do in Tokyo, you will likely spend most of the day exploring this mega city! Thank you APA hotel and staff! I will be back!"

Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo
10/10 Excellent
"I recently stayed at Keio Plaza Hotel and had a bit of a mixed experience overall. When I first checked in, I was assigned a room in the South Tower that hadn’t been renovated yet. Unfortunately, the room felt quite dated and a bit worn, and it gave off a slightly unclean impression despite being serviced.
That said, the highlight of my stay was definitely the staff. I spoke with the front desk about my concerns, and they were incredibly friendly, understanding, and professional. They offered me the option to upgrade, and I decided to go for it. I’m really glad I did. The upgraded room was a completely different experience: modern, clean, and very comfortable.
While I do think the unrenovated rooms could use some attention, the excellent service and the quality of the upgraded accommodations really turned things around for me. If you’re planning to stay here, I’d definitely recommend opting for one of the renovated rooms from the start."

E Hotel Higashi Shinjuku
10/10 Excellent
"Very clean, conveniently located, and well run hotel "

Shinjuku Washington Hotel Main
8/10 Good
"Convenient location for Shinjuku Station & Airport Express buses (which stop at hotel). Excellent breakfast (but scrambled eggs are like soup). Room (upper-level lady twin - for 2) was tiny and I kept tripping over the threshold and then down again into the tiny prefab bathroom. Deep tub to step into for shower. So much to trip over! One small hard pillow per bed. Dated interior and amenities, though clean, with small window that can’t open. Safe (except for tripping hazards) and convenient but would choose a better hotel (newer, larger room) next time and just get a taxi to the station or AirPort Express stop. Served us well this time but room was claustrophobic and basic, considering the price."

APA Hotel & Resort Nishishinjuku Gochome Ekimae Tower
10/10 Excellent
"Great location. The room is not large (as expected in Tokyo) but had enough space and storage for everything
Great location and the Onsen is really relaxing"

Shinjuku Washington Hotel Annex
6/10 Okay
"Room ok, we asked for nonsmoking room but we initially put in a smoking floor. "
