"Very clean rooms. Super helpful staff. Bakery on property was AMAZING, though we wished they opened earlier. Restaurant/bar was also very convenient and yummy. Location was great, so close to the Met Government Building"

"The room was cleaned well everyday. The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful and have someone on staff everyday that can help if you don't know Japanese however Google translate works great. Check in process was super fast and seamless. There are 2 train stations walking distance super close by. Right in front and back of the hotel there is starbucks, family mart, and 7/11. It's also very close to a McDonald's. The hotel has restaurants as well but did not try. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, which I hear is not common at all hotels in this area. I definitely feel that it was a great deal through expedia at the price that we got. Staff was super nice. I would definitely stay here again."
