"arrived after a veryyyy long day of travelling and the staff was so helpful to get me checked in quickly and easily! i had booked a single person room and while the room itself was small but clean and tidy, and made good use of the space with storage under the bed for my suitcases, so it was perfect for my needs on this trip! the provided amenities were great, staff in the hotel were helpful and kind, and the wifi and luggage storage after checkout were great. it was a super quick walk to the Otsuka station and the Yamanote line that got me around the city, only about a 15 minute walk to Ikebukuro as well, and the nearby konbini was handy - absolutely would stay here again!"
