"Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. Check-in was easy, the room was comfortable, and when we found there was no heating available, the staff quickly provided a space heater.
The only real disappointment was checkout. We were directed to a self-service machine, the process felt rushed, and getting help with reviewing the bill and completing checkout seemed to be an inconvenience. When we asked to leave our bags for a few hours, we were simply pointed toward a self-service luggage area with no explanation.
A good hotel overall, but the abrupt checkout experience left a poor final impression. With the same helpful service at departure that we received during the rest of our stay, this would have been five stars."
