"Clean rooms however not the biggest, can be difficult opening up cases. Amenities are minimal water dispensers and vending machines however there are no on site washing facilities or smoking room. Front desk staff are helpful however cleaning staff persistently knock and a try to enter your room even when you’ve told them you don’t require the service. Location is convenient with a metro station and convenience store right outside."

"My room was good but my friends who booked for 4 people had a room with an equal size to mine and were packed together like sardines and were paying as much as me individually. Wouldn’t recommend if you have a group of 3 or more people. Just order separate rooms at that point."

"This was my second stay at the hotel. I love the location. It is located about 2 blocks from the Asakusa Line. It is just across the street from the Ginza Line and one of the 2 tourist information centers in Asakusa. There is a 7-Eleven store on the same side of the street a couple of stores to the right. Just around the corner is the start of a shopping street and a McDonalds. Nakamise Shopping street is a block and a half away. There is a small dept store across the street with a fine Yakiniku restaurant on the 7th floor. While we were there we were fortunate to be located in the midst of the 3-day-long Sanja Matsuri festival. It was exciting and it was easy to be very near to the procession of floats. The twin room was small but everything was well maintained and modern. Service was pleasant and accommodating."

"The positives: The staff is professional, kind, and very helpful. I would hire all of them in a Heartbeat. The breakfast buffet was very nice. The beds are comfortable. On the negative side: no shower in room, sink is in the room as opposed to behind a wall. The soap, moisturizer and all one expects in a bathroom is not there. There are little packages that you have to take from the front desk. Also, the wallpaper is peeling from walls. Carpet is awful and uncomfortable. Very very cheap."
