"This was my second time staying here and my room upstairs was much better than the first floor. The shower worked well and the tv as well. The hottub was hot and it was clean in the pool area. The breakfast is so so but all day coffee is a bonus. The staff at the front desk is excellent. The airport shuttle/uber was not utilized "

"The BBQ restaurant is no longer there, so there's no where to eat except a tiny bar area in the lobby. Thankfully, a very nice employee directed us to some restaurants within walking distance. There is only one small pool area other than the waterpark area, which is quite a walk from most of the rooms. And much smaller than it appears on the website and in the pictures. Rooms were really nice with a balcony; however, the view from the balcony is of an alley and laundry facility. Why even have it, seriously? I was woke up at 4 am Tuesday night by someone yelling obscenities outside our room, evidently having been locked out of his room. Overall, not what I was expecting based on the amount of money I spent."

"I loved everything about this hotel except the beds and pillows. I wasn’t able to sleep well at all. The staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were clean and the free snacks were a nice touch. A TV in the bedroom would also be nice. After a long day, sometimes you’d rather watch tv in bed instead of the living room. "

"Water park was great but food and drink were overpriced. We never had housekeeping because they came past 5 when we needed to get ready for dinner."

"The hotel is portrayed as hip and cool and the artwork and architecture is great. The place feels sad and tired, based on the cleanliness and attention to detail of the building. Our bathroom was so bad that I kept my shoes on and did not take a shower. I've sent feedback to the senior manager without a reply. The staff were great, but something is wrong at this hotel."
