Definitely can tell this is a new property. Everything was very clean and staff was very friendly. The location is ideal for events at the Canadian Tire Center and the hotel even works with a local company to offer a shuttle to and from the venue. Definitely recommend!

Comfort Inn Ottawa West Kanata
Front desk staff were amazing. Sandra and her colleague were beyond kind and helpful. The white duvet in my room had a bloodstain on it which I noticed when I pulled it up and the top sheet moved away. Please carefully inspect and clean the duvets.
