“the staff was lovely and the house was very cozy!!! loved that there was a kitchen that we could use upstairs. the room and bathroom were very clean and modern. location is perfect, walkable, and very accessible by bus or train! we loved our stay here and wish it could have been longer!”

“Pleasant surprise. I wasn't expecting much but the room & bathroom were spotless. Bed was comfortable.”

“Dirty, Too much tiny, Not well-maintained”

“they had no AC working and didn’t say anything prior to booking. The room looked very un-maintained. The cabinet that was meant for the fridge had the fridge missing. There was a spider web in the corner of the room. It was just bad.”

“To be honest, my overall experience with New York City itself was not enjoyable — the overwhelming amount of trash, constant congestion, extremely high prices, and the smell of marijuana everywhere made the stay unpleasant. I would not return unless it’s strictly for business. However, if I ever have to come back, I would absolutely stay at this hotel again. It was clean, the staff were kind, and the room size was more than sufficient. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New...

“Great property. Clean, modern, spacious. Cute trendy lounge. Elevators were small but that’s a minor issue.”

“The hotel was close to great restaurants. The young guy who checked us in was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. He seemed to sincerely want to help. The room was very clean, and I loved the soap products. The only negatives were the room was small and there was no room safe. The complimentary breakfast was decent. We would stay there again.”
