"Room was very clean. Lots of towels. A/C was awesome. One of the bottles of washing fluid was empty (Conditioner). Staff is usually okay when I go, this time just meh. When I arrived early to drop off my suitcase, I wasn't greeted with a warm welcome. What I got was: "Your checkin isn't until 3 pm." I responded that I knew that, but the matter of fact way that was presented threw me off. I usually get a welcome (looked like a new staff member). When I did check in, I had to ask for the complimentary water and chips. He said, "that's for members". Again, I had to point out that I am a member. He was going off duty and was less than careful. He also just repeated the instructions for log in to wifi (usually they write in the little card). The next morning he was a bit nicer. Staff should be thorough even if they are dying to finish their shift. Other than that, I love the place. Microwave, nice safe (holds my laptop), coffee machine and nice fridge. I recommend it, but hope someone talks to staff about comportment."
